Facilities of booth: closed sides needed of the booth , lintel, two spotlights, one desk & two chairs, 220V electric configuration.(power current will be scheduled in advance, with an extra ). NO FACILITIES. design should be submitted to the sponsor, charges of I &D are paid by your own company, construction fee is ￥30/ m².

Exhibition Explications
1 Exhibitors can present the applications to the Northern Industry & Business Exhibition Co., Ltd after receiving the invitation. The organizers arrange the booth according to the order which exhibitors have posted the contracts with common seal, then exhibitors need to pay 50% deposit within 5 days.
2 According to the principle of the scheduling and paying in advance, the booth is arranged. If the charges are not paid within 7 days, the booth is not occupied. The right of explanation is reserved by Northern Industry & Business Exhibition Co., Ltd
3 Exhibition note will be sent to the exhibitors after receiving the refax by Northern Industry & Business Exhibition Co., Ltd
4《Exhibition guide》will be got before March 1,2009, notifying the transport of exhibitions ,arrangement of lodging
